The program covers and breaks down into detail the various elements that create the WOOM Yoga Experience. Primarily, a deep dive into the physical and esoteric aspects of yoga and sound, and how to integrate them into one cohesive transformative practice.
The program is led by WOOM Yoga Director Francesca Bove and co-founders Elian and David Zach-Shemesh. Together with two master teachers (aka, The Masters), our senior WOOM Guides and panel of visiting lecturers (aka, The Guest Stars), and our group of devoted mentors (aka, The Spirit Guides), you will learn to incorporate the therapeutic qualities of vinyasa yoga with sound vibration to create challenging and nurturing sequences.
The WOOM CENTER Yoga Teacher Training provides a blueprint for integrating the physical, psychological, spiritual and mystical aspects of yoga, meditation, and sound vibration into life, and tools on how to share this experience with others.
The program meets and exceeds yoga alliance 200 hour requirements, and will allow you to register as a 200 hour YA-certified teacher upon completion.
